Registration Form

Following, please find a registration form. Please print a copy, fill it in and return by mail. Places are reserved with a nonrefundable deposit of $50, paid in advance. A minimum of five enrollees are required in order for a class to go forward. If you have to miss a class, you can arrange for a makeup in an alternate class during the same session or semester, however there is no reduction for missed classes. Full payment is due before the first day of class.
